Amber Wine
Amber wine is the oldest expression of white grapes — a tradition that has been preserved in Armenia and Georgia for millennia. Instead of removing the skins, the grapes are fermented together with them, allowing natural color, structure, and aroma to unfold.
Time in amphorae shapes the wine gently, while the absence of additives keeps it pure and alive. The result is a wine with a warm amber hue, soft tannins, and a deeply authentic character — a bridge between history, land, and the hands that guided it.
